The Founder
Gavin Welch, founder of Welch Contracting is a general contractor from Carrboro with 8 years of experience building custom residential. Graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in construction management and started homebuilding in Cashiers, NC while he was in school. Gavin moved back to the triangle in 2018 and has since managed a wide range of projects with a major focus of high end custom residential. Gavin implements best practices that go beyond the code book and the industry standards.
