About
My Name is Gavin Welch and I'm a general contractor from Carrboro, NC. I graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in construction management and I started homebuilding in Cashiers, NC while I was in school. I moved back to the triangle in 2018 and since then I've worked mostly in the high end custom residential market. On my projects, I implement best practices that go beyond the code book and the industry standards to deliver structures that are beautiful and energy conscience. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to make the finish project something truly unique and personalized. With anything I build, you can expect clear communication through out the job, efficient scheduling and high attention to detail.

Basement Renovation
Basement renovation for art collectors in Chapel Hill. Emphasis on modern, unobtrusive design and color to support future art installations. This project was designed and managed by Arrowhead Building Company
Pool Pavilion
Stand alone outdoor pool pavilion. A large entertainment space to supplement an existing pool space. Designed and managed by Arrowhead Building Co
Cedar Hot Tub Deck
Backyard sanctuary. Design focused on integrating new deck and tub into the existing koi pond and landscaping. Project was designed and managed by Arrowhead Building Company
Golf Cabin
Accessory building for a foreign, high end golf simulator. Matched finishes from existing house. Designed and managed by Arrowhead Building Co
Pool Side Screen Porch
Adding a screened in porch to an existing pool space. Goal was to match existing aesthetic of the house while creating a large, flexible, mulitseason outdoor space.
ADU / Office Space
Modern in-law suite and work from home office space. Full kitchen plus one and a half bathrooms.
